Juices for weight loss

  • A purifying infusion should be taken on an empty stomach. Before following this advice, I recommend that you consult a doctor.
  • Then after half an hour, you’ll have to drink a glass of pineapple and grapefruit juice. I recommend you to make a few juices, to appreciate each bite if we want to feel good, to satisfy our appetite. In conclusion, it will help us to lose weight.
  • At midnight we can have another drink.
  • At lunch, you can eat brown rice with vegetables. Over rice, you can put a teaspoon of sesame on top and a hand of soy cabbage. This recipe will help you lose weight, and besides this benefit is also quite nutritious.
  • In the middle of the afternoon, another glass of juice.
  • Before going to sleep, you should drink 1-2 glasses of juice and a purifying infusion. You can drink water for hours.
